Our Services
What makes us unique at Voyage Pro is that we are extremely collaborative, we charge for our services on affordable hourly rates and have a team of staff available to assist at all times. So unlike freelancers, we have near unlimited availability for collaboration, and unlike production companies, we are extremely affordable and give clients full control of how they want to collaborate with us and full control of the requests that they want us to create.
The vast majority of our services such as project planning, production, and post-production are charged on an hourly rate. Project planning and post-production services, if ordered, are charged based on the labor hours necessary to be worked by individual staff members. Production hours are charged based on all the necessary hours needing to be worked by our crew. We also offer modeling and photography services that are charged on an hourly rate as well. Typically, each of the service items, such as video production, will have an estimated crew arrival time and crew departure time from the filming set included on the proposal.
We want to make sure you’re always in the loop regarding all aspects of our teams contribution to your project. After booking, you will be provided with a link to an online portal where you will have a birds eye view of the progression of work on your project. This is where you can track all the hours put into your project, view summaries of work, and access other data about how your project is advancing. This dashboard gives you full control of managing your project and the hours worked by our staff.

Project Planning
Depending on if hours have been purchased for our staff to work on project planning or not, we will either create all the necessary project planning documents needed for the project, or you may provide us with documents if necessary. Please do keep in mind that our crew will follow the necessary documents involved for the planning of your shoots in order to ensure the quality at hand and we can only guarantee accuracy based upon the information included in these documents. Project planning services are typically optional, with certain exceptions such as weddings, large scale shoots, etc, but we do highly recommend having project planning hours ordered so that we can ensure all necessary planning elements of your project are completed.

Production
For production, depending on the size of your shoot, you'll have a minimum of at least one video camera operator and one Project Manager at hand if it is a video shoot. The purpose of the Project Manager will be to help out with answering any questions during the shoot, and taking notes to help out with post-production. The purchased hours on your invoice for video production covers the time in which the crew is scheduled to arrive to the filming location until the time in which the crew leaves the filming location for the day, this includes the setup and tear down of equipment. In the event that your shoot ends sooner than what was purchased, we will apply under time credit towards future add-on services such as additional editing labor, or any future projects with us.

Post-Production
We are extremely collaborative when it comes to post production and will send out an invitation for a virtual zoom meeting where we will present the current stage of the edit to you by sharing our screen and playing it live. If you have any modifications or recommendations that you would like to make for the edit we are happy to assist with those during the zoom call. Additionally, we also offer collaborative zoom meetings after the edits delivery if you have any revisions you’d like made. These zoom meetings are completely optional and modifications can just be requested via email as well. We typically have a turnaround time of seven business days or less if the edit is five minutes or less in length. You will also have all of your raw footage delivered to you via Google Drive completely free for downloading purposes.

Will all RAW Footage be delivered to me?We will always deliver the RAW footage to any client. This will occur once the balance on the shoot has been completed. All RAW footage is delivered for download via a link on Dropbox.

How many revisions will my edit get?We have unlimited revisions for edits! We change hourly for our services so it will all depend on the time it takes to complete each revision.

How soon will I recieve my edit?Our editors will begin the post production process immediately once filming is wrapped. We typically deliver the final edit within 7 days after the shoot is completed. We also offer rush order edits in which our turnaround time can be 48 hours.

How fast can I book my shoot?Our typical rule is any shoot booked more than 7 days out is good to go. A shoot is booked with us once the contract is signed and the downpayment is made. If you would like to have your content shoot take place less than 7 days after booking there may be rush order fees.

What are your travel fees?We typically charge $0.88 per mile.

What is the payment schedule?We typically split the payment into thirds. The first third is due upon signing as the downpayment, the 2nd third is due the day before the shoot, and the final 3rd is due 10 days after the shoot.

Why would I want a project manager on my shoot?The project manager role is made to assist with all logistics for a video shoot. Our project managers make sure everything goes perfect. Video shoots have many factors that make things complicated. The larger the shoot the more complex the planning is. For our larger packages (containing more crew members) we include a project manager to reduce stress on the client end. A project manager will assess all necessary filming elements and ensure all elements are properly planned.

Can I have my video shoot at night?In the event of a night video or photoshoot there is no additional fees.

What are the prices of your services?The pricing for our services can be found on our homepage if you scroll halfway to the bottom. If this is your first project with us we offer $100-$250 off your first video order.

Why does my raw footage look unstaurated?If your footage is delivered and it looks color-less don't panic! This is normal and not an error. Professional footage is shot like this for a reason: We typically shoot all footage as S-Log3. This allows the editor to color the footage in post to their desire. This also allows the camera operator to work with a higher dynamic range of lighting. How many people are on the production crew?Depending on the size of your shoot it will vary. We also honor smaller crews upon request due to COVID. A crew can be as small as 1 camera operator (typically the Small Crew) all the way to 10 or 11 people (Large Crew shoots with a la cart add-ons for additional crew). The more variables involved the more people for quality control.

What happens if I need to reschedule my shoot?If rescheduling is due to a COVID reason we will waive all fees. If the shoot is signed and a date was agreed upon and the reschedule does not have to do with COVID then there will be a 5% rescheduling fee involved.

Do you guys handle props?Our crew will obtain props for a shoot for the cost of the prop plus a 25% fee.

Do you handle location permission?We will take over all location permission responsibilities (including using our liability insurance) and rent the locations for the cost of the location + a 25% fee.
