We will always deliver the RAW footage to any client. This will occur once the balance on the shoot has been completed. All RAW footage is delivered for download via a link on Dropbox.

We typically include up to two rounds of revisions after the first version is delivered. First, we send a long-form footage pool with the best usable takes for your review and approval. After that, we create a rough draft of the video. From there, you have up to two rounds of revisions to fine tune and finalize your edit.

Editing timelines can vary depending on the scope of the project and how quickly we receive feedback and materials from the client. In most cases, our editors begin post production as soon as filming is complete, and the first version of the edit is delivered within about 5 business days after the shoot. For projects that qualify and with strong collaboration, we a may offer rush editing, with turnaround times as fast as 48 hours.

Our typical rule is any shoot booked more than 7 days out is good to go. A shoot is booked with us once the contract is signed and the downpayment is made. If you would like to have your content shoot take place less than 7 days after booking there will be rush order fees.

For local shoots, we typically charge $0.88 per mile for travel. For out of state projects, a crew day rate will be charged, along with room/board accommodations, meal per diems, and any required travel fees.

We typically split the payment into thirds. The first third is due upon signing as the downpayment, the 2nd third is due the day before the shoot, and the final 3rd is due 10 days after the shoot.

In the event of a night video or photoshoot there will be a slight up charge for after business hours.

If your footage is delivered and it looks color-less don't panic! This is normal and not an error. Professional footage is shot like this for a reason: We typically shoot all footage as S-Log3 or BlackMagic Log. This allows the editor to color the footage in post to their desire. This also allows the camera operator to work with a higher dynamic range of lighting. You can also request that we film in a colored profile. This means that the footage will be pre color graded and contrasted in-camera so that when it is delivered, color grading and exposure adjustments are more minimal. This approach locks in the tones and exposures of the footage and is optimal if you are looking to make less adjustments when editing.

Depending on the size of your shoot it will vary. A crew can be as small as 1 camera operator all the way to 6 crew members. The more variables involved the more people for quality control.

If you request to reschedule within 24 hours of booking, the rescheduling fee can be waived. After that window, we charge a 10% rescheduling fee because we begin planning and arranging our crew as soon as a project is booked.

Our crew will obtain props for a shoot for the cost of the prop plus a 25% fee.
