Project Planning is the strategic phase before filming begins. Our goal is to walk onto the filming site on the day of production feeling great about what we are about to film. Project Planning includes collaborative meetings, detailed scheduling, shot list creation, and potentially location scouting to ensure your video production runs smoothly and achieves its intended goals. This phase is where the creative vision, logistics, and production needs are aligned.

Production
Production, is the phase where everything planned comes to life. Our team captures your content with care, creativity, and efficiency. Each shoot includes at least one skilled camera operator and a dedicated Project Manager who serves as your on-site point of contact. They’ll answer questions, coordinate logistics, and take detailed notes to streamline post-production.

Production hours include setup, filming, and teardown. If the shoot wraps early, we credit the unused time toward extra video edits or future services, making sure you get the most value.
