Makeway brought its team of approximately 12 people together for a retreat at a vacation rental in Scottsdale, Arizona. The goal was to showcase the retreat and the company’s culture through the people who work there.
The video was created for LinkedIn and job posting platforms such as Indeed, giving prospective employees a look at the team and their experiences together.

Voyage filmed the team golfing, spending time around bonfires, swimming in the pool, and sharing cake. These activities showed how the team spent time together outside their usual work setting.
Alongside the retreat footage, team members spoke on camera about Makeway and its clients. The interviews gave the video a personal perspective on the company, paired with scenes of the team enjoying the retreat.
