Clients & Community hosted quarterly, three-day events for a community of coaches. The sessions focused on building and improving their businesses, including how to use Facebook groups as part of that work.
Over four years, Voyage provided event coverage in several formats: highlights, livestreams, presentation recordings, and photography. Voyage handled the full production, including planning, filming, livestreaming, photography, and editing.
Presentations, event highlights, and red carpet coverage.
Voyage filmed the presentations and event highlights while also providing livestreaming and photography. Each speaker’s presentation was edited individually with cuts between camera angles, and each event day received its own long-form edit.
Coverage also included the red carpet portions of the events, with additional edited photos delivered from the red carpet evening. Separate vertical social clips accompanied the horizontal highlight videos and presentation edits.

The Clients & Community events took place at Venue 8600 in Scottsdale, Arizona. Voyage returned each quarter to cover the three-day events over the course of four years.

Each event produced a horizontal highlight video of approximately four minutes, individual speaker edits of approximately 45 minutes each, and one long-form horizontal edit for each of the three event days. Separate social clips were delivered vertically.
