General Terms

• Booking is confirmed once the downpayment is made.

• A credit card processing fee may apply and will be included on the invoice if relevant.

• The marketed hourly rate per crew member on the website applies to shoots scheduled during regular business hours. (Monday - Friday 9am-5pm MST).

• Shoots that do not take place during regular business hours may have a small cost difference in the hourly rate.

• If the project is booked 5 days or less before the shoot date, a rush order fee may apply.

• Travel-related costs such as crew gas compensation, or for overnight shoots, flights, lodging, and per diem, may apply if relevant.

• Significant project changes after booking, including rescheduling the shoot, may apply a change order fee.

• The $100 discount applies for first time clients inquiring for video production services in which our crew is hired to film, and the total project value is between $1,000-$1,999.99 before the discount is applied.

• The $250 discount applies for first time clients inquiring for video production services in which our crew is hired to film, and the total project value is greater than or equal to $2000 before the discount is applied.

• The promotional new client discounts do not apply to studio rental only purchases.​
