How large is the Flex Studio?
The Flex Studio is approximately 850 square feet and includes three connected rooms, giving you multiple looks and setups within a single rental.
What lighting is included with the rental?
Your rental includes a bright diffused key light along with multiple RGB tube lights, giving you built-in lighting options throughout the studio.
What different sets are included in the Flex Studio?
Your rental includes access to all three rooms. Room A features mixed backdrops with brick, white paneling, seating, and greenery. Room B has an industrial look, while Room C offers a more corporate setup with a desk and wood-paneled wall.
Is the room suitable for recording audio?
Yes. The Flex Studio is suitable for interviews, voiceovers, podcasts, and other recorded content.
What furniture and props are included?
The studio includes futons, lounge chairs, rolling office chairs, tables, stools, side tables, plants, lamps, rugs, wall decor, desk props, and room dividers. Furniture and props can also be carefully rearranged to fit your shoot.
Can I rent a camera and microphones with the studio?
Yes. The Content Recording Add-On includes a Sony A7 IV camera kit plus your choice of up to four podcast microphones or a RODE Wireless GO lavalier kit. The equipment is prepared before you arrive based on your confirmed setup.
Is there space for my team or clients during the shoot?
Yes. The studio includes a conference area with a large wooden table, rolling chairs, TV, whiteboard, bookshelf, and blackout curtains that can be used for meetings, team scenes, workshops, or client use during your booking.
Can I get help during my rental?
Yes. Optional on-site support can be reserved in advance for renters who would like assistance with access, facility questions, basic equipment questions, or studio reset expectations.
How much does the Flex Studio cost?
The Flex Studio starts at $39 per hour for the studio and included lighting. The Content Recording Add-On is $79 per hour and includes recording equipment. A two-hour minimum applies to studio rentals.
